1. About TROVE

TROVE is an Oman-based fashion brand offering a curated collection of bags and accessories inspired by culture, nature, tradition, and contemporary design.

2. Products

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product photographs, descriptions, colours, dimensions, and other product information are accurate.

Some TROVE products feature natural materials, woven textures, wood, and handcrafted elements. Natural variations in texture, grain, colour, and finish may occur and may be part of the character of the product.

3. Prices

All prices are displayed in Omani Rial (OMR).

Product prices do not include shipping charges unless explicitly stated.

TROVE reserves the right to update prices and product information at any time. The price applicable to an order is the price displayed when the order is placed.

4. Placing an Order

When you place an order through the website, you are requesting to purchase the selected product or products.

An order is subject to product availability and successful payment confirmation.

TROVE may contact you using the information provided at checkout to confirm order or delivery details.

5. Payment

TROVE may accept payment through the payment methods displayed at checkout, including bank transfer and mobile payment.

Where manual payment is selected, the customer must complete the payment using the provided payment details and submit payment confirmation as instructed.

An order will be processed once the payment has been successfully confirmed by TROVE.

If payment is not received or cannot be verified, TROVE may cancel the order.

6. Product Availability

Some TROVE products are available in very limited quantities.

Where a product is listed as having limited availability, orders are subject to stock availability and payment confirmation.

Once a limited product or set is sold, it may no longer be available for purchase.

7. Order Preparation

Certain products require additional preparation before dispatch.

Wooden designed products may require approximately 7 days for preparation.

This preparation period is separate from the delivery period.

8. Shipping

Shipping charges are paid by the customer unless otherwise stated.

Delivery information and applicable shipping conditions are provided in our Shipping & Delivery policy.

9. Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are subject to the conditions stated in our Returns & Exchanges policy.

If you receive a defective, damaged, incorrect, or incomplete product, please contact TROVE promptly.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit any rights available to consumers under applicable Omani law.

Customers are responsible for following any care instructions provided with their products.

Products should be protected from conditions that may damage their materials, including excessive moisture, heat, direct sunlight, chemicals, or improper handling.

TROVE is not responsible for damage caused by improper use or care, subject to applicable consumer rights.
